This project represents one of our first major transformations in 2023. What was originally a cold and dark industrial warehouse in Terrassa became the canvas for a major architectural challenge: a change of use to create a two-story family home.

Functionality and Comfort
The home was planned on two levels under one premise: absolute functionality. On the ground floor, the heart of the house beats in an open area that connects the living room with a modern kitchen.
Two floors designed for the family: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage.
The Urban Oasis
The true treasure of Albinyana is found crossing the threshold to the exterior. We designed a custom pool that integrates perfectly with the environment.
