Structural Reconstruction and Ruin
The villa on Baldrich Street represented one of our greatest challenges to date: a single-family home in a state of total neglect and advanced structural deterioration. The initial technical evaluation determined the impossibility of preserving the existing layout or slabs. We had to perform an almost complete demolition of the property, an extreme gutting that left only the boundary walls as witnesses of the original structure. The engineering challenge was massive: securing the historical perimeter and redefining the levels, foundation, and entire spatial logic of the future home from head to toe.
A villa in total deterioration that we demolished almost completely, preserving only the boundary walls to build a new home from scratch.

Demolition and New Architecture
The raw execution phase required surgical precision. After the complex tasks of technical demolition, cleaning, and reorganization of the plot, we designed and built a new concrete and steel structure that restored stability to the complex. This process allowed us to redistribute the space to equip it with all modern comforts: an integrated private garage (parking), three spacious bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Sanitation and utility works were done from the base up, guaranteeing the durability that a project of this scale demands.
Technical demolition, cleaning, and installation of a new structure to house a garage, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Metamorphosis Exterior & Internal
The final result of Baldrich is an absolute metamorphosis. Inside, we designed a fluid open-concept space where natural light, coming from the new private patio, bathes the living room and modern kitchen. The designer staircase connects the levels with visual lightness, while the warm and neutral finishes turn what was once a ruin into a design refuge. On the outside, the facade was completely restored and waterproofed, combining contemporary sobriety with respect for its single-family scale. A villa recovered to enjoy urban life with maximum comfort.
An absolute internal and external transformation. Open-plan spaces with a large designer patio and a fully renovated facade.
Demolishing to bring back to life: the reconstruction of Baldrich proves that with technique and vision, space is not lost, it is transformed.
