This project in Matadepera consisted of the construction and perimeter enclosing of the estate of a recently built home. The main goal was two-fold: to ensure the retention of the sloping ground and to provide complete privacy to the garden and home from the public street.

Engineering and Concrete Finishes

For this purpose, a robust reinforced concrete wall of approximately 150 meters in length was executed around the property. The work demanded meticulous formwork and technical pouring to guarantee clean finishes and flawless, homogeneous textures, perfectly fulfilling the highest requirements of stability and architectural design.
