The Neighbor.
The Balmes Effect
Sometimes, the best advertising is work well done. While working on a nearby site on Balmes Street, a neighbor approached, attracted by the quality and order of our execution. His house, with over 20 years of history, was crying out for a renovation: the original yellow facade was punished by time, with cracks, dampness, and paint that no longer protected. The challenge was clear: return light and structural health to a home that had lost its splendor, integrating it into a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
A neighbor contacted us after seeing us work. His 20-year-old house suffered from dampness and cracks in the original facade.

Skin and Waterproofing
The intervention was comprehensive, from top to bottom. We started with the roof, the most critical point where leaks were already affecting the interior. We lifted the old tiles to apply a double protection system with asphalt paint and under-tile plates. In parallel, we treated the chimney and slab areas with liquid waterproofers and high-resistance membranes. Once the refuge was secured, we moved to the facade: a meticulous job of crack repair, perimeter waterproofing, and a color change that multiplied the home's brightness, radically transforming its visual perception.
We repaired the roof and facade, eliminating leaks and renewing the aesthetic with a radical color change.

Impact and Detail
The final result is a high-impact renovation with rapid execution. Every perimeter wall was treated under the same concept of protection and aesthetics. The house has gone from being an aging structure to a property that stands out for its freshness and solidity. As in every one of our projects, we closed the work with a deep technical cleaning, delivering not only a renovated facade but the peace of mind of a dry and protected home for the next 20 years.
High-impact renovation: protected, bright, and solid house with impeccable execution.
Changing the face of a house is giving pride back to those who inhabit it.
