The Stairs.
Safety and Slope
The transformation of this garden in Sant Esteve Sesrovires was born from a vital need: family safety. The pronounced slope of the land not only limited the use of outdoor space but represented a risk for the little ones. The original entrance staircase, insufficient and narrow, required an intervention that combined structural engineering with an aesthetic integrated into the surroundings.
Solving a dangerous slope through engineering and design to ensure family safety.

Land Restructuring
The process began with a deep restructuring of the land. A large-scale retaining wall was executed to gain square meters of flat surface and ensure the stability of the plot. In parallel, critical technical work was carried out under the surface: the total renovation of the storm and sewage drainage systems, ensuring a solid base free of dampness problems.
New retaining walls and complete land sanitation for total stability.

Engineering and Landscaping
All sloping land was prepared by working on drainage and leveling the garden to create new walking areas. The project concluded with the implementation of a water treatment system with collectors, ensuring sustainability and efficient maintenance of the new landscape. The result is a functional, safe, and aesthetically impeccable garden.
