Mimosa.
The Passage of Time
Mimosa is a project located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, a home that cried out for a comprehensive renovation of its outdoor spaces. Over the years and due to a lack of deep maintenance, the original paving showed evident deterioration that detracted from the value, aesthetics, and functionality of the garden. The owners sought not only to repair the damaged surfaces but to completely transform the perception of their home. The goal was to create a much friendlier, dynamic, and modern environment, perfectly prepared for daily enjoyment.

Functional Redesign
The project's approach focused on maximizing the utility and fluidity of the different outdoor areas. On the one hand, new tiles were installed, providing a clean, highly resistant, and aesthetically impeccable base that unifies the space. On the other hand, the key intervention consisted of the execution of a solid concrete slab specifically designed to expand the leisure area in the barbecue zone. This decision made it possible to create a firm, spacious, and well-delimited space, becoming the ideal setting for family gatherings and long outdoor meals.

A Radical Change
The finishing touch that completely redefined the landscape was the installation of high-quality synthetic grass. This addition flooded the garden with vibrant green and permanent freshness, while eliminating the constant maintenance burden demanded by natural grass. The final result is a job executed with speed and precision, highly effective, which not only solves the previous aesthetic problems but also gives the home a new life. Today, Mimosa shines as a modern, warm, and exceptionally welcoming outdoor home.
